6. Delivery and Import Duties

Products will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

• EU deliveries: Duties and taxes are included in the Purchase Price.

• Non-EU deliveries: You are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, and import clearance.

7. Estimated Shipping

You will receive estimated shipping times after confirming your order. All delivery estimates are non-binding and may change based on logistics availability or force majeure events.

8. Right to Cancel

Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this period. The product must then be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You are permitted to inspect the product to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning — similar to how you would in a physical retail store. However, use of the product in water or in any way that goes beyond what is necessary for such an inspection may result in your return to be refused.

The governing law and jurisdiction will be determined by the ABNC branch fulfilling your order, based on the delivery address provided.
