ABNC offers a Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.

This commercial warranty applies from the date of purchase and is provided by the ABNC branch responsible for fulfilling your order, based on the delivery address.
EU/UK Consumers โ Legal Guarantee
For consumers in the EU and UK, this Limited Warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. You are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the delivery date, covering any non-conformity present at delivery. If a defect arises after the commercial warranty ends but within 2 years, and it can be proven that the issue was present at delivery, you may still be entitled to a remedy under your statutory rights.
2. Obtaining Warranty Service
To request service, please contact your original place of purchase (dealer or distributor).
You will be asked to provide:

Proof of purchase

Product serial number
Warranty support must be initiated through your purchase route. If your original distributor is no longer available, contact us at info@abnc.com.
3. What We Will Do
If a defect covered under warranty is confirmed, ABNC will:

Repair the item
-
Replace it with a functionally equivalent product (refurbished or new)
The applied solution is at full ABNC’s discretion.
Replaced parts become ABNCโs property.
Only unaltered products (not modified or repaired by unauthorised personnel) are eligible for replacement.
4. Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover:

Products with expired warranty

Serial number removal or tampering
-
Damage caused by:
-
Improper use or installation
-
Overloading (above 100 kg)
-
Impact with gravel, rocks, seaweed, or wildlife
-
Lightning, strong winds, saltwater damage
-
Use with third-party parts or batteries
-
Low or unbalanced battery usage
-
Software modifications
-
Accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse
-
Storage in improper environments
-
Force Majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)
-
Any user modification to the original ABNC product voids this warranty.
ABNC may determine the product is beyond economic repair due to non-manufacturing damage.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Assist with diagnostics and provide clear information
-
Return items within 10 business days of RMA approval
-
Use original or equivalent packaging
-
Remove all previous labels and attach new shipping documents correctly
-
Cover any loss or extra costs from incorrect shipping
6. Return to Factory Repair
An RMA number must be obtained from ABNC before returning any product.
Items returned without an RMA will be refused.
Repair timelines will be confirmed within 48 hours of receiving the item.
7. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your product is non-functional upon delivery, you must notify ABNC within 7 days of receipt.
A replacement will be arranged, and the defective unit must be returned within 10 days, or the full value will be charged.
8. Customer-Induced Damage (CID)
Any product damage caused by:

Misuse

Negligent handling
-
Attempted self-repair
-
Use of non-original parts
…is classified as Customer-Induced Damage and not covered under warranty.
Advance replacement is not available for CID.
9. Lost or Damaged Returns

If an ABNC replacement is lost or damaged during shipment, we will send another once the courier claim is processed.

If a customer’s return is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible, and charges may apply.
10. Return & Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To cancel:

Email info@abnc.com within 14 days of delivery

Return the product in original condition within 14 days of notification

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Returns outside the EU/UK are not accepted, unless otherwise specified by local laws.
11. Shipping & Fees

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from ABNC), customs duties, and taxes

Ineligible warranty claims may result in fees for diagnosis, repair, and return

Products should be returned clean and free of personal decorations
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The governing law and jurisdiction for warranty service and disputes will depend on the branch fulfilling your order, determined based on your delivery address.
